I founded this firm to practice family law the way I believe it should be practiced: calmly, honestly, and with the client's real life kept in view. For 15 years it has been the only kind of law I do.
Most of my clients arrive worried, often about their children or their home, and unsure who to trust. My first job is to steady that. I explain what is happening in language that makes sense, I tell you what I honestly think, and I let you make decisions with a clear head. I do not pressure people toward a fight, and I do not pressure them toward a quick settlement either. I look for the path that actually serves you.
When a matter can be resolved by agreement, that is usually calmer, less costly, and easier on everyone, especially the children, and I work hard to get there. When it cannot, I am ready to stand firmly in court for you. Either way, you will not be left wondering what is happening with your own case.
